Many have been buzzing about Amari Cooper ever since he was drafted to the Oakland Raiders this past spring.
Former NFL quarterback David Carr called Cooper ‘unbelievable’ earlier this summer, while Hall of Fame receiver Tim Brown said Cooper will be dominant day one.
Cooper was one of the most polished receivers in college football over the last three years, and several are looking for him to make an instant splash in the NFL.
