Illinois graduate transfer officially accepted by Auburn grad school

A little more than two months after announcing his decision to transfer to Auburn, former Illinois LB T.J. Neal received the letter he’d been waiting to receive.
He has officially been accepted by Auburn’s graduate school.
On Thursday evening, the future Tigers defender tweeted out a photo of his acceptance letter:

Neal will be available to play immediately the fall, per NCAA graduate transfer rules.
After recording 109 tackles for Illinois in 2015, expectations are very high for his arrival on The Plains this fall.
