Five-star DE CeCe Jefferson tweets that he’s a Gator, will turn in LOI ‘soon’
Gators fans can start to breathe a little easier. Amidst the drama of submitting his National Letter of Intent, five-star defensive end recruit CeCe Jefferson appears ready to put pen to paper and officially sign on with Florida.

Jefferson, as you’ll recall, has delayed sending in his LOI since committing to Florida on National Signing Day this past Wednesday. The issue: Florida’s recent hiring of defensive line coach Chris Rumph.
It seems that Jefferson’s father and defensive coordinator Geoff Collins have ironed out any issues the Jeffersons have had about CeCe’s future, and the No. 2 defensive end in the country seems ready to get his career started in Gainesville.
