The offseason of trash talk between Florida and Tennessee has carried over to SEC Media Days, as senior Gator linebacker Jarrad Davis lowered the boom on the Vols during his session with the media Monday.
Here’s what Davis had to say on the annual SEC East showdown with Tennessee.
Florida LB Jarrad Davis on Tennessee: "It's always one of the funnest games of the year. Because we win."

If you are counting at home, the Gators have won 11 in a row in the series. The longest streak for either school in the 45-game series between the SEC East rivals.
Despite big talk from the Gators, Tennessee looks to enter the season as a double-digit favorite over Florida. The Vols of course blew a 13-point fourth quarter lead against the Gators in 2015, dropping the game in heart-breaking fashion by allowing a 63-yard pass with just over one minute left in the game.
The two schools will meet this season in Neyland Stadium Sept. 24.
