Four-star running back BJ Emmons decommitted from Georgia Thursday.

Emmons is the No. 4 running back in the 2016 recruiting class, according to 247Sports, and he visited Tennessee last month. Alabama is also heavily recruiting the North Carolina native. The Vols, however, may be in the driver’s seat for Emmons’ services.

With Emmons’ decommitment, the Bulldogs are down to 12 commitments in the ’16 class. Georgia is still after four-star running back Elijah Holyfield, the son of Evander Holyfield.
