Defensive end prospect TJ Carter committed to play for Kentucky on Thursday night.
The Mableton, Ga. native is not rated in the 247Sports composite rankings, but has been picking up momentum in his recruitment.
Carter visited Kentucky last weekend, which was preceded by a visit to Memphis. He was scheduled to visit UCF this weekend.
