Domond joined LSU in 2014 after one season at Glendale Community College in Arizona. His previous athletic focus had been as a hockey goalie, but he caught the attention of college football recruiters around the country at Glendale.
The official LSU bio for Domond notes that he was recognized with the Alvin Roy Fourth Quarter Award and Most Improved Player honors following spring practice 2014. He would have been a senior for the 2016 season.
