Get ready because the storylines surrounding Les Miles aren’t ending anytime soon.

LSU’s coach, whose era in Baton Rouge was seemingly coming to a close, is safely back in the saddle. Now, it looks like he might face his alma mater to cap his wild season.

According to multiple reports, the Citrus Bowl is strongly considering an LSU-Michigan matchup for its game this season. The Tigers and Wolverines have never meet in football.

Miles is a former Michigan assistant coach and a two-year letterman in 1974 and 1975 with the Wolverines.

The Citrus Bowl is scheduled for Jan. 1 in Orlando, Fla. LSU has never played in a Citrus Bowl while Michigan has participated three times, going 2-1 in those games.
