‘Stingray’ delivers his last rant of 2015 prior to Mississippi State’s Belk Bowl

Mississippi State is getting set to cap its 2015 season against against NC State in the Belk Bowl on Wednesday, so “Stingray” is here to do the same.
Mississippi State superfan Steven Ray, equipped with a double-sided cowbell and maroon hair while standing in front of an impressive Bulldogs Christmas lights display, gave his take on the matchup against the Wolfpack.
Mississippi State will face NC State on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
