Report: Mizzou DL Harold Brantley ‘seriously injured’ in car wreck

Missouri junior defensive lineman Harold Brantley has been injured in a car wreck, according to KRCG13 reporter Ashley Zavala.

Mizzou Women’s basketball player Maddie Stock was also in the car with Brantley.

According to the Missouri State Hwy Patrol, Mizzou DL Harold Brantley was seriously injured in a car crash on US-63 this afternoon

According to MSHP, neither Brantley nor Stock wore a seatbelt.

According to the report by Zavala, the car Brantley was driving — a 2000 Chrysler Concorde — traveled off the left side of the road when he overcorrected to the right side. The car then struck a guardrail and overturned.

Brantley is one of the Tigers’ anchors along the defensive line for 2015 after posting a fantastic sophomore season in 2014.
