QB Drew Lock to start for Missouri vs. Florida, Maty Mauk suspended again
Missouri redshirt junior QB Maty Mauk will be out for a second straight week when the Tigers host No. 11 Florida in Columbia on Saturday.
Once again, true freshman QB Drew Lock will get the start for Mizzou. Lock went 21-for-28 passing, 136 yards and two touchdowns in the 24-10 win over South Carolina on Saturday.
Mauk was suspended last Tuesday for an undisclosed violation of team rules along with backup left tackle Malik Cuellar. Both players sat out the Tigers’ win over the Gamecocks.
