Sasser is working against Gators CB Vernon Hargreaves III in the end zone when QB Maty Mauk tucks and runs for no gain on first-and-goal from the 1. But the officials called a 10-yard illegal block on Sasser, who may not have even laid a finger on Hargreaves.
The penalty led to a 25-yard field goal by Andrew Baggett, but squandered a chance to extend Missouri’s lead even more.
