Laremy Tunsil did not participate in the bench press portion of the NFL Combine, leaving NFL scouts and fans alike curious about the upperbody strength of the Ole Miss offensive lineman.
If there were any concerns, they were certainly alleviated by his performance at Ole Miss’ pro day on Monday morning.
Tunsil reportedly recorded 34 reps on the 225-pound bench press.

To put that number in perspective, it would have tied him with Arizona State OL Christian Westerman for the best performance among all participants at the NFL Combine.
This should do nothing but strengthen Tunsil’s case to be the No. 1 overall pick in next month’s NFL Draft.
