Earlier this afternoon, Terrell Bailey, a 3-star defensive back recruit in the class of 2017, announced his top-nine list via twitter.

Five of the nine mark their territory in the Southeastern Conference. Those five being Mississippi State, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and South Carolina.
For both Bailey and the Gamecocks, plans shifted, as Bailey announced he would be releasing his top-eight today. That was before the Gamecocks offered him a scholarship this afternoon, prior to his list being released.
Bailey, a 5-foot-11.5 corner from Marrero, La., is ranked No. 35 at his position according to 247Sports.com.
