Going back to its inaugural football season in 1933, the SEC has a long and storied history. Conference teams also have a long and storied history of beating up on each other.

South Carolina and Arkansas, which joined the SEC in 1992, have each played more than 200 games against conference teams. The SEC’s 10 remaining charter members – Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Vanderbilt – have all played more than 500 games against conference teams.

Of the teams that have been in the conference for more than four years, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee are the only ones that have won 60 percent of their games against SEC schools (Auburn, Florida and LSU are all above .500 in those contests). The Crimson Tide has the most SEC games played (598) and wins (412) against conference teams, respectively, while the Volunteers have the second-most victories at 332 in 551 matchups against conference teams, which ranks fifth.

Two teams — Vanderbilt and Kentucky — have won fewer than one-third of their games against SEC teams. Take a look at the table below to see each team’s all-time record vs. SEC teams.
