After soaking in Saturday’s Week 2 results, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit tweeted the names of four potential College Football Playoff teams who have impressed him the most on the field in the early portion of the season.

Just after midnight ET, Herbstreit revealed that ninth-ranked Texas A&M, following a 73-3 win over Lamar, is no longer in the mix after publicly praising the Aggies following their 52-28 win at South Carolina in the season opener.
Herbstreit hasn’t mentioned No. 2 Alabama either.
