Despite rising coach salaries, the SEC has the best coaches for the money, according to Forbes.
Forbes calculated the value of top college football coaches based on their respective school’s ROI in football. According to the business publication, “in compiling this list, we concluded that the best way to rank a coach relative to his peers is not just based on the number of wins and losses alone but the the strength of those wins, as well as how much a coach wins and loses as compared to his salary and the total resources he has.”
