A week after revealing a new metal sign high atop the West stands at Williams-Brice Stadium, South Carolina raised a gigantic Steve Spurrier banner along the venue’s concrete structure Saturday, adding to the intrigue of Thursday’s opener riding an 18-game home winning streak.
