Poor Nifae Lealao.
Vanderbilt’s senior defensive lineman has been made fun of all week for his comments about Alabama.
When the Commodores knocked off Kansas State last Saturday, Lealao had some strong words for the nation’s No. 1 team.
“Alabama, you’re next,” he said. “When you come into our house, we show you how to play some SEC ball.”
So the fact he’s been berated on Twitter all week is probably not all that surprising. You don’t just come at Alabama without repercussions. And of course, that’s what happened on Saturday as the Crimson Tide obliterated Vanderbilt 59-0.
The internet made sure to make Lealao pay for his remarks:
