Calvin Ridley had a scary Saturday night.
The Atlanta Falcons wideout tweeted Sunday that he had his car stolen while in Buckhead, prompting his observation that even one of Atlanta’s swankier neighborhoods isn’t crime-free. The original tweet has since been deleted, but can be seen in the screenshot below.
“No such thing as a safe part of town so be careful,” Ridley wrote in his tweet.
According to Ridley’s tweet, the encounter was nonviolent and happened while he was at a gas station.
“Grateful there was no violence, they just got me at the gas station & rode out,” he wrote.
