Evan Neal sustained a knee injury Sunday that saw him carted off the field during the 1st half of the New York Giant’s game against Jacksonville.
The former Alabama standout eventually returned to the sidelines but was noticeably limping, leaving onlookers concerned about the eventual prognosis.
On Monday, the severity of the injury was revealed. And all things considered, it’s good news for Neal and the Giants.
It is an MCL injury but Neal is only expected to miss 3-4 games, per NFL insider Tom Pelissero.

Neal is in his rookie season with New York.
The 6-7, 250-pounder was selected by the Giants in the 1st round of the 2022 NFL draft with the 7th overall pick.
