Jaylen Waddle has been cleared concussion protocol, Ian Rapoport reported Thursday.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver will be able to play in Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills after going down in the Dolphins’ Week 2 game against the New England Patriots and missing last Sunday’s game against the Broncos.
Waddle has had a productive season despite the injury, picking up 164 yards on just 8 receptions in the 2 games he’s played in this season. He is looking to have a repeat of last year’s success, when he recorded 1,356 yards and 8 touchdowns on the year.
Miami is looking to stay undefeated on Sunday against the Bills. Last week, the Dolphins put up a historical 70 points in the win against the Broncos, and now they will look to keep that offensive success going with Waddle back on the field.
Waddle is in his 3rd season in the NFL after spending 3 seasons at Alabama, where he recorded 1,999 yards and 17 touchdowns.
