Julio Jones may be bringing back a nickname that he received in high school.
Before playing at Alabama or with the Atlanta Falcons, Jones held the nickname “Waffle House.” One might think it’s strange he has that nickname but probably not after learning the reason why.
Jones received that nickname because just like Waffle House, he’s always open. The two-time All-Pro receiver was wearing cleats with his nickname Thursday afternoon.
