Another week in the offseason has resulted in another insane workout video from Tennessee Titans star, Derrick Henry.
Make no mistake, Henry is a beast on the field thanks to the work he puts in away from the gridiron.
In back-to-back seasons, Henry has led the NFL in rushing (2,027 yards in 2020 and 1,540 in 2019) as well as leading the league in rushing touchdowns (17 in 2020, 16 in 2019).
Based on his most recent workout video, don’t look for Henry to be slowing down anytime soon.
