Nick Saban became a grandfather for the first time back in 2013, when his son Nicholas welcomed a daughter, Amelie, into the world.
Saban has admitted that Amelie has softened him a bit, and we’ll see if that continues now that he has a second grandchild.
As you can see below, Saban’s daughter, Kristen Saban Setas, gave birth to a son, James Nickolas Setas, on Monday morning at 8:18 a.m.:

Per Kristen’s Twitter post, James weighed 9 pounds, 12 ounces, at birth. The family appears happy and healthy.
