WATCH: Alabama releases preview for first episode of ESPN’s ‘Training Days’

Alabama is letting the outside public on the inside of its program.
ESPN2 will feature an all-access look at the Tide’s football program in four episodes. The first episode airs Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2, and it appears it will focus on the strength and condition aspect of the program.
Scott Cochran spends the most time with Alabama’s players on an annual basis, and he was hand-picked to run this aspect of the program by Nick Saban.
In the preview below, Cochran can be heard saying, “Can you be broken? What does it take?”
