The Razorbacks will be rocking some new black cleats this season, as the team’s official equipment Twitter account posted images of the new Nike Field General 3 and Nike Untouchable Pro TB Monday:

Arkansas of course suffered from a number of foot injuries in 2015 and head coach Bret Bielema even admitted the school reached out to Nike in order to find out if their shoes could be causing the issues. Star running back Jonathan Williams was lost before the season even got started in fall camp after breaking his foot, receiver Keon Hatcher broke the same foot twice and running back Alex Collins had to be given a special shoe by Nike after injuring his foot last season.
The injury woes continued into this year as senior running back Kody Walker broke his foot during the spring, however he is expected to be back well before the start of the season.
The team’s equipment page also recently revealed these new gloves, which so far have yet to break any player’s fingers:
