John Franklin III has changed his jerseys, at least temporarily

With Baylor transfer QB Jarrett Stidham now at Auburn, the Tigers likely won’t need the services of John Franklin III at the position anymore.
Therefore, Franklin recently made the switch to wide receiver and, on Tuesday, sported his new blue jersey (not his old orange quarterbacks jersey) at practice:

Auburn needs playmakers in the passing game to complement its rushing attack, which features RBs Kamryn Pettway and Kerryon Johnson.
If Franklin can build some rapport with Stidham, the Tigers could be much more dangerous through the air in 2017 than they were with Sean White leading the charge last year.
It’s still early in the spring, though, so what Franklin’s offensive role ends up being remains to be seen.
