Clemson’s offense is off to a record-setting start in 2024.
The Tigers have been on a rampage since their season-opening loss to Georgia. Since then, Clemson has averaged a whopping 48.5 points per game. All those points have come with historic yardage totals as well.
Most recently, Clemson put up a staggering 539 yards in a big win over Virginia in Week 8. It marked the 5th time this season already that Clemson has surpassed the 500-yard threshold.
That’s the most in program history through 7 games, Clemson says:

By any measure, it’s been an outstanding start to the season for Clemson. Outside of the Tigers’ Week 1 loss to Georgia, they’ve won every game by multiple scores and have already reached bowl eligibility.
Cade Klubnik’s emergence as one of the ACC’s best quarterbacks has been a big reason for the success. Klubnik has 20 touchdown passes already this season, which is second amongst ACC quarterbacks only to Miami’s Cam Ward. Klubnik is also averaging 8.4 yards per attempt this season, which is a big improvement over his mark in that category a year ago.
Clemson will get arguably its biggest test since battling Georgia in Week 1 when it takes on Louisville at home in Week 10.
