About Kentucky Wildcats Baseball
Kentucky Baseball is in the midst of the most successful era in its history, with 8 of its 10 all-time NCAA Tournament appearances and both of its SEC regular-season championships coming since 2008. The Wildcats made their first College World Series appearance in 2024 and were selected for their third straight NCAA Tournament in 2025.
In 2014, AJ Reed won the Golden Spikes Award as the nation’s top player and the John Olerud Award as college baseball’s best 2-way player after leading the nation with 23 home runs and going 12-2 with a 2.09 earned run average as a pitcher.
