Florida State’s basketball program is still trying to reach the championship level that its football program has enjoyed. But the Seminoles have had plenty of moments on the hardwood.

FSU has reached the Final Four and won numerous conference and regular-season championships. Charlie Ward, the FSU quarterback who led the Noles to the 1993 national championship and won the Heisman Trophy, also ranks among the greatest point guards in Noles history.

Three coaches have won at least 200 games, led by the legendary Leonard Hamilton, who retired after the 2024-25 season with a program-record 460 wins.
