Tramon Mark out of Houston hit the transfer portal in the beginning of April, also entering the NBA Draft to keep his options open. Mark started all 37 games with Houston this past season.
On Wednesday, Mark cut his list of potential transfer destinations to just 4, including 3 SEC programs: Texas A&M, Arkansas and Florida. Kansas State also cracked Mark’s list.
At this point, it seems like Arkansas has made the final list for every sought-after transfer prospect in the nation. Arkansas earned their first transfer commit a few days ago, seeing Washington freshman Keyon Menifield Jr. decide on Fayetteville over Alabama, Tennessee and Louisville.
Houston transfer Tramon Mark tells @On3sports he’s down to four schools:

Mark was such a dependable starter for Kelvin Sampson because he can do a little bit of everything. He’s a good, not elite pull-up shooter, a capable rebounder at 6-5, a great defender (as all Houston players are) and has experience playing at a high level. As far as wings/small forwards go, Mark will be a year-long starter so long as he can stay healthy.
But we have to talk about the Hogs as well. Eric Musselman could shine with Mark on his sideline as a coach that brings the offense out of just about any player. As far as fit goes, Arkansas is written all over this situation. Musselman has laid the groundwork for a solid team in 2023-24, let’s see if Mark wants to hop on board.
