Bo Nix brings Chick-fil-A to Oregon stadium ahead of UCLA game

Oregon quarterback Bo Nix has begun to find his stride with the Pac-12 program and will lead the Ducks into a top-10 matchup against undefeated UCLA.

But despite feeling comfortable in Oregon, the senior from Pinson, Alabama admitted last month that he misses some of the signature flavors of home.

I asked Oregon QB Bo Nix if he misses the food in the South. He said: “I’ll tell you what I miss — Chick-fil-A. They don’t have that in Eugene. Thank goodness for Chipotle.”

Well heading into the biggest game of the season, Nix decided it was time to show the folks in Oregon what a great chicken sandwich tastes like.

There hasn’t been a ton of information released on how Nix got Chick-Fil-A to bring a food truck to the campus or how long it will be there, but credit to all for making it happen.

Now if Nix can get Bojangles to bring a food truck to Eugene, they might have to build a statue in his honor.
