Joel Klatt is ready to be sold on TCU.
The FOX Sports college football analyst said that he is now a believer of the Horned Frogs as one of the best teams in college football.
TCU was ranked fourth in the College Football Playoff rankings last week and is likely to remain there after a 17-10 win over Texas last Saturday.
“[TCU] showed some things to me, and I think others, that should make us sit back and believe in them long term,” Klatt said. “I don’t think this is a Cinderella anymore. I think TCU is much more legit than maybe we gave them credit for.”
Klatt concedes that TCU doesn’t have the flashy name brand of the other top 4 teams — Georgia, Ohio State and Michigan, but the Horned Frogs might be peaking at the right time.
“In a beauty contest they weren’t going to win. But when you put them on the field, they are developing into a great team.”
