Dabo Swinney is feeling pretty good after escaping Boston College’s upset bid.
Overtime.tv shared a video (credited to DJ Uiagalelei) of Swinney dancing in the locker room after the Tigers’ 34-28 win over the Eagles.
Uiagalelei stepped in at starting quarterback for Heisman Trophy frontrunner Trevor Lawrence after the star QB tested positive for COVID-19 this week. BC led Clemson 28-10 in the second quarter, but Uiagalelei and company managed to score 22 unanswered to take a 32-28 lead with the final two points coming on a safety.
Swinney will have a lot more to celebrate if Clemson manages to get to 8-0 next week with a win over No. 4 Notre Dame. The big question is whether Lawrence will be able to return out of 10-day isolation.
