Patric Young, a former Florida basketball star and more recently an SEC Network analyst, has been public about his recovery from a serious one-vehicle rollover crash this past summer in Nebraska, which took him to a hospital in South Dakota.

Young was paralyzed from the waist down in the crash, and he’s been in rehab since the accident trying to overcome the odds stacked against him. About a month after the crash, Young revealed that his T7 and T8 spinal cord discs were injured in the crash, but he regained the ability to wiggle his toes.

On Wednesday, Young shared a video of himself participating in physical therapy, and offered this message: “God is Good! Against all odds I continue to progress. I’m trying to encourage someone today! You’re going to have to crawl before you walk, do not discount the profound nature of small beginning! Thank you everyone for your continued prayers.”
