Florida starting defensive back Shawn Davis became the SEC’s first ejection of the 2020 season.
Ole Miss wide receiver Dontario Drummond went up for the high pass from Matt Corral, and Davis came in and hit a “defenseless player” for targeting, the officials said. Freshman Rashad Torrence took over for Davis following the ejection.
