Social media hilariously destroys Florida’s new alternate uniforms

Florida released its new alternate uniforms on Twitter Monday night, and it took all of about three seconds for Twitter to shred them to pieces.
The Gators will be rocking these grey, Swamp-like, Nike combinations on Saturday in their home game against Texas A&M.
That is, if the public relations department will allow it after the social media firestorm.
Did Florida go overboard with these new unis? They certainly are a far cry from the Gators’ traditional combos.
If only we had some sort of brutally honest social media platform…
