Just when Tim Tebow started to get things rolling in his baseball career, the former Heisman Trophy winner has reportedly hit a speed bump toward his goal of reaching the major leagues.

Currently a member of the Mets’ minor-league team the Binghampton Rumble Ponies, Tebow has suffered a break in his hamate bone in his right hand. This news comes via Adam Schefter of ESPN. Tebow was recently selected as a Double-A all-star as his skills at the plate have begun to show off.

This would be a tough break for Tebow but he’s bounced back from tougher situations and always seems to point to the positives in every situation.
