As Georgia looks to make it a 3-0 start as the Bulldogs take on South Carolina, they will be without a key member of the radio broadcast crew.
The broadcast crew will be without color analyst Eric Zeier on Saturday. The reason for Zeier’s absence is undisclosed.
Luckily for Georgia fans, the Georgia Bulldogs Radio Network has some depth and was able to make some changes in Zeier’s absence.
DJ Shockley will replace Zeier in the booth and Jeff Dantzler will move into Shockley’s sideline reporter role. Scott Howard will remain on play-by-play like usual.
Another lineup adjustment: Georgia Bulldogs Radio Network is going to be without color analyst Eric Zeier today. D.J. Shockley replaces EZ in booth and Jeff Dantzler moves into Shockley's sideline reporter role. Scott Howard on play-by-play, as always. Great depth!

Luckily the absence in the booth shouldn’t have an impact on Georgia’s on-field play. After cruising to 2 early wins, the Bulldogs will face their first SEC test in South Carolina.
The Gamecocks, who have started the year 1-1, are looking for a big upset and a signature win. We saw the Gamecocks pull off 2 big upsets last season, but taking on Georgia is never an easy task.
The game will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET Satuday.
