Jake Ganus has experienced a lot during the tale end of his college football career.
The former UAB linebacker turned Georgia standout will get one more chance to show his stuff as a late invite to the Senior Bowl.
It is a great opportunity to compete with some of the best college athletes in front of NFL coaches and scouts.
He commented what the Senior Bowl means to him to UGASports.com:
“It means everything. I’m a guy who had a pretty productive year. I had a good year, but I don’t really stand out, I don’t think, paper, when you look at me, my size and all that,” Ganus told UGASports.com on Saturday. “So to get in front of these scouts and GMs, to meet with and talk with them, just kind of get to know them and have them get to know me, it’s going to be huge.”
Ganus joins Bulldogs WR Malcolm Mitchell, OL John Theus and LB Jordan Jenkins at the event.
