Georgia uses 300-pound defensive lineman as receiver on touchdown play against Tennessee

It doesn’t get much more creative than this.

With Georgia threatening and on the goal line in the fourth quarter against Tennessee, instead of punching the ball in on the ground — as many may have expected, the Bulldogs went to the air.

While that may not be that unique, the intended target on the play was freshman defensive lineman Jalen Carter.

Carter even got hit by Tennessee linebacker Jeremy Banks on the play but managed to keep his feet and score on the play.

Georgia is in total control of this game up 36-21 on the Vols.

You may not see another defensive lineman catch a touchdown pass this SEC season.
