Brad Calipari reportedly leaving Kentucky basketball program

Calipari is finally leaving Kentucky. Brad Calipari that is, not his father John.
The Brad Calipari era has come to an end after redshirting last season at Kentucky and appearing in 27 games during his freshman and sophomore seasons. Calipari has reportedly entered the NCAA transfer portal and is set to be a graduate transfer. Calipari has two years of eligibility remaining.
News of Calipari’s decision was first reported by Matt Zenitz of AL.com. Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio is reporting that Calipari will in fact leave the program via transfer.
Calipari signed with Kentucky from MacDuffie School in Massachusetts and picked Kentucky over UMass following his high school career.
