Kentucky’s Big Blue Madness is a showcase event every year, as Big Blue Nation celebrates the arrival of another basketball season and the opportunity to build on the school’s incredible tradition in the sport.
But this time around, the occasion will be a little more special than usual, because the program will be debuting a new ASB GlassFloor that you have to see to believe.
Big Blue Madness will be the first #collegebasketball event on @asbglassfloor, a LED video floor allowing for interactive applications.
The floor was used at @NBAAllStar, @BasketballCL and @FIBA U19 World Cup | @KentuckyMBB @KentuckyWBB

The state-of-the-art court is a full LED video sports floor that allows for interactive applications. It was previously used during the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, the 2024 Basketball Champions League Final and the 2023 FIBA U19 Women’s Basketball World Cup.
But this will be the 1st time the floor is introduced to college basketball and, appropriately, it will happen at Kentucky’s Rupp Arena, which is one of the most historical arenas in the sport.
