LSU running back Derrius Guice practiced on Thursday and will play against Syracuse on Saturday.
Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron ruled out Guice for Saturday’s home game Wednesday night on his weekly radio show.
“He will not play this week, but he is getting better,” Orgeron noted.
Guice missed his third-straight practice on Wednesday because of an undisclosed injury.
Now, after getting some reps during Thursday’s practice, it appears he will play.
Guice went to #LSU coaches this morning asking to practice. “He practiced good.” Marucci cleared him.
