OSU QB transfer Joe Burrow confirms he’s heading to LSU, releases statement via Twitter

The LSU Tigers officially have a new QB in the fold.
Former OSU QB Joe Burrow confirmed he was heading to LSU via Twitter after reports surfaced Friday.
Just over a week ago, Burrow announced he would transfer from OSU, and things came down to LSU and Cincinnati. And the Tigers ended up winning out. He’ll join Tigers QBs Myles Brennan, Justin McMillan and Lowell Narcisse this fall.
Burrow is former 4-star prospect and the No. 8 dual-threat QB prospect in the nation for the 2015 recruiting cycle, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
