Former LSU wide receiver Dee Anderson officially has a new college football home.
Anderson signed with the Oklahoma State Cowboys, according to 247Sports.com. The wide receiver was suspended from LSU’s team prior to the 2019 season, and it was reported in December that Anderson would transfer. Ed Orgeron suspended Anderson for not meeting conditioning goals.
In 2018, he caught 20 passes for 274 yards and 1 touchdown as he started 4 games. He finished his career at LSU with 27 catches for 392 yards and a touchdown in only 12 games played. He’s 6-foot-6 and 229 pounds from Dallas, Texas.
Exiting high school, Anderson was rated a 4-star prospect and ranked as the nation’s No. 37 overall receiver and the state of Texas’ No. 26 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Like former LSU receiver Tyron Johnson did a few years ago, Anderson will suit up for the Cowboys in 2020.
