Patrick Mahomes offers support to Joe Burrow as he deals with his ‘tiny hands’

At the NFL Combine on Monday, LSU QB Joe Burrow — the likely No. 1 overall pick — had his hands measured.

Sounds pretty innocent and unimportant, right? Not at the NFL Combine, baby! Burrow’s hands measured in at 9 inches, sparking some concerns over his hand size.

That sparked Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star quarterback, to offer his support to Burrow during these trying times:

During his NFL Combine, Mahomes’ hands measured 9 1/4 inches, so only a quarter of an inch bigger than Burrow’s. He’s perhaps the biggest star in the NFL today, so we should put any concerns about Burrow to bed.

It’s that time of year, though, and everything Burrow does between now and the draft in April will be questioned and dissected.
