It’s a new era in Starkville, as Zach Arnett enters his first full season as head coach following the tragic passing of Mike Leach. Arnett has the Bulldogs carrying some momentum into 2023 after guiding MSU to an emotional 19-10 win over Illinois in the ReliaQuest Bowl on Jan. 2.
Mississippi State opens the 2023 campaign with 3-straight home contests. The Bulldogs host Southeastern Louisiana in Week 1, followed by Arizona and LSU. The ’23 home slate also includes Alabama, Western Michigan, Kentucky, and Southern Miss, ending with the Egg Bowl on Thanksgiving night.
