Mississippi State DB Emmanuel Forbes carted off field after colliding with teammate on LSU TD

Mississippi State had a disastrous sequence in the fourth quarter of roughing the LSU punter, giving up a touchdown to the Tigers and then losing a top defensive back to injury.
Bulldogs defensive back Emmanuel Forbes had to be carted off the field at Davis Wade Stadium after his collision with Mississippi State teammate Fred Peters on an LSU pass that went for a 41-yard touchdown.

Forbes recorded 4 tackles (2 solo), an interception and a pass breakup in the game.
MSU answered the LSU score, cutting the Tigers’ lead to 28-17. The game is airing on ESPN.
